A DocumentReady event with ReadyState set to Ready, is guaranteed to always fire at least once when a view navigates to a new URL as well as for new views wrapped after a ShowCreatedWebView.

Caution note Caution
A DocumentReady event with ReadyState set to Ready, may be fired more than once when a page loads.
Loaded1 The full DOM has been loaded and parsed and the user can interact with it.

Caution note Caution
A DocumentReady event with ReadyState set to Loaded, may never be fired for certain views or navigations. This can be the case for new views created with JavaScript window.open, passing no URL to load.
